A Hull artist who helped transform the city’s streets with colourful and creative designs has been longlisted for the World Illustration Awards 2021. Lydia Caprani was commissioned by Hull City Council to decorate signal cabs on Beverley Road in a bid to tackle graffiti and vandalism.
